Our Fabrics

Kambala Cotton - this is a light weight, plain weave fabric.   It's heavier than voile and lighter than poplin.   It is prized for its softness and smooth texture.  Some may call it Cambric Cotton.   Originally from India, the Portuguese exported it to Europe and the city of Cambrai, France became famous for producing it.

Poplin Cotton- heavier and crisper than Kambala cotton, poplin holds its shape.  It's a great year-round weight.

Beechwood Modal -this fabric is a medium weight and has a luxurious silk-like feel and drape but is very easily machine washed.  Made from sustainably grown Beechwood trees the fibers are strong, as well as soft, and will resist pilling after many washes
